Key Responsibilities

Train AI models using real-world ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and HRSD data and workflows.

Design and develop structured datasets using JSON and SQL for accurate LLM performance.

Create enterprise-grade scenarios reflecting workflows, cases, incidents, and SLAs.

Apply prompt engineering techniques to guide model understanding of ServiceNow modules.

Collaborate with technical and AI teams to improve ServiceNow-related model accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience

4–6 years of ServiceNow experience, with focus on CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
