Reckitt Nigeria 2026 Management Trainee Program

A leading global consumer health, hygiene and nutrition company is inviting applications for its 2026 Management Trainee Program, known as Trailblazers 5.0.

The program is designed for ambitious young graduates who want to build an accelerated career while gaining practical experience across different areas of a global business.

Selected trainees will experience end-to-end business processes through rotations across Commercial and Supply functions, work on real business projects from the beginning of the program, and receive mentorship from experienced business leaders.

Who Can Apply?

The program is open to recent graduates who meet the following requirements:

• Graduated between 2022 and 2025.
• Hold a minimum of Upper Second Class Honours (2:1).
• Applicants from any degree discipline can apply.
• Must have completed NYSC by December 2026.
• Demonstrate curiosity, drive and ambition.
