Key Responsibilities

  • Design websites, landing pages, and user experience flows using Figma.
  • Create wireframes and interactive prototypes that clearly map user journeys.
  • Apply strong visual hierarchy and responsive design principles across devices.
  • Identify UX and conversion challenges using funnel data, heatmaps, and session recordings.
  • Develop conversion hypotheses based on proposed design changes.
  • Structure and prioritise A/B tests based on business and user objectives.
  • Define clear success metrics for design and conversion experiments.
  • Optimise calls-to-action, landing pages, and other key conversion elements based on test results.
  • Analyse test outcomes and communicate what was tested, what worked, and why.
  • Collaborate with team members to translate business and user requirements into effective digital experiences.

Requirements

Applicants should have:

  • At least 2 years of UI/UX design experience.
  • Proven experience designing websites and landing pages.
  • Strong wireframing and UX flow skills.
  • Excellent understanding of responsive design.
  • Proficiency in Figma.
  • Strong visual hierarchy and interface design skills.
  • Experience creating prototypes and interactive user flows.
  • The ability to explain and defend design decisions from a conversion and business perspective.
  • A portfolio demonstrating relevant UI/UX and web design work.
