A leading luxury fragrance brand is looking for a Creative Marketing Strategist (CMS) to develop and execute high-impact marketing initiatives. Job Summary

The Creative Marketing Strategist will manage content creation, video production, ad campaigns, landing pages, and brand messaging. Your work will directly influence engagement, sales, and customers’ perception of the brand. This position is ideal for someone creative, data-driven, and experienced in lifestyle or luxury marketing.


Key Responsibilities

Content Creation and Management

  • Develop a detailed multi-platform content calendar.

  • Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice.

  • Capture product photos and videos for campaigns and product showcases.

Video Production

  • Shoot and edit professional video content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and ads.

  • Optimize videos for reach, engagement, and conversions.

Digital Advertising

  • Plan, design, and execute ad campaigns on Instagram, Facebook, and Google Ads.

  • Write persuasive ad copy and select visuals that drive conversions.

  • Track campaign performance and improve ROI using analytics tools.

Landing Page Creation

  • Build and optimize landing pages to support lead generation and sales campaigns.

  • Ensure pages are visually premium, responsive, and conversion-focused.

Brand Messaging

  • Maintain a consistent, refined brand tone across all marketing activities.

  • Communicate the brand’s focus on quality, craftsmanship, and luxury.

Collaboration

  • Work with the Sales team to understand customer needs and FAQs.

  • Create content that supports sales conversions and customer education.

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor analytics daily, weekly, and monthly.

  • Provide insights to improve content performance and marketing strategies.

Loyalty Program Campaigns

  • Promote the brand’s loyalty points program.

  • Develop creative ideas to boost customer retention and repeat sales.

Trend Research & Innovation

  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

  • Test new ideas, content formats, and creative strategies.

Creative Direction

  • Oversee the execution of all creative marketing outputs.

  • Maintain a premium visual and storytelling standard across the brand.


Qualifications

  • Interest in the fragrance industry.

  • Experience in marketing, advertising, or content creation (luxury or lifestyle preferred).

  • Skilled in video and design tools such as CapCut and Canva.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and paid advertising.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills.

  • Creative and innovative mindset.

  • Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies.

  • Knowledge of landing page tools like Shopify is an added advantage.

  • HND/BSc preferred.
