We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to help deliver an exceptional service experience. You’ll partner with Customer Success Managers to keep customers happy, manage support tickets, monitor deployments, maintain templates, and document everything accurately.
Customer Success Associate – Remote (Canada)
What You’ll Do
- Monitor, analyze, and report on deployments and maintenance
- Manage and resolve customer support tickets quickly
- Document customer interactions, action items, and business review prep
- Author and maintain schema markup templates
- Gather feedback and work with the product team to improve tools
- Support customer expansion and follow-up activities
