Xymbolic Dev Ltd., a fast-growing real estate and investment company, is hiring a strategic, creative, and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead its digital efforts and drive real business results.
This role is not for someone who simply runs ads. Xymbolic needs a strategist; someone who understands how to craft digital campaigns that attract the right audience, generate quality leads, and convert prospects into loyal customers.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute result-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
Manage campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email marketing, and content platforms.
Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable improvements.
Oversee SEO and SEM to maintain strong online visibility.
Manage paid advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with media and creative teams to produce compelling digital content.
Implement automation tools to streamline marketing processes.
Identify new digital trends and opportunities for growth.
Create reports and dashboards for tracking campaign and lead performance.
Work closely with Sales and Operations to ensure marketing efforts support business objectives.
Requirements
BA/BSc/HND in any field (Marketing Certification is a plus)
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing or marketing strategy
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and analytics tools
Strong critical thinking and data interpretation skills
Excellent communication and copywriting ability
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Creative, innovative, and highly proactive
Must live within the Lekki – Ajah – Sangotedo axis
Remuneration & Benefits
Monthly Salary: ₦400,000
