Remote Software Engineer (2 Month Contract)

Key Responsibilities

  • Train AI models using real-world ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and HRSD data and workflows.

  • Design and develop structured datasets using JSON and SQL for accurate LLM performance.

  • Create enterprise-grade scenarios reflecting workflows, cases, incidents, and SLAs.

  • Apply prompt engineering techniques to guide model understanding of ServiceNow modules.

  • Collaborate with technical and AI teams to improve ServiceNow-related model accuracy.

  • Analyze outputs and continuously refine data quality for model training.


Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–6 years of ServiceNow experience, with focus on CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, GlideScript, SQL, and JSON handling.

  • Experience with AI model training workflows and structured data creation.

  • Analytical thinker with a clear understanding of enterprise process automation.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Customer-facing experience is a strong plus.
