Over the past three years, the firm has advised on over $425M in feasibility projects and assets across three continents, specializing in market feasibility studies, highest and best use analysis, benchmarking, and industry reports.

Role Description:

We are seeking a Research Analyst (NYSC) to join our remote team in Lagos. The Research Analyst will conduct market research, collect and analyze data for key projects, and provide actionable insights that guide real estate and investment decisions. Responsibilities include writing industry insight notes, preparing reports, presenting findings to stakeholders, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality research services that support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research and data analysis for real estate and investment projects.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and insight notes for stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide actionable recommendations.
  • Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform decision-making.
  • Support the team in feasibility studies, benchmarking, and real estate analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and research skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in market research methods, including surveys and trend analysis.
  • Knowledge of statistics and ability to interpret data accurately.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with strong time-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Background in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Urban Planning, or related field preferred.
  • Interest in real estate and investment industries is advantageous.
