Role Overview
They are hiring a Social Media Associate who will help foster engagement, trust, and connection across their digital community. You will work closely with Marketing, Support, Content, Community, and Product teams.
Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media content including posts, threads, reels, stories, and short-form video.

Engage followers across platforms: respond to comments, messages, and moderate conversations.

Track performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and audience growth.

Collaborate with the content and design team to create visuals, infographics, and videos.

Experiment with emerging formats on TikTok, Instagram Reels, Threads, and other platforms.

Support campaigns involving contests, UGC, and influencer collaborations.

Stay updated on crypto, fintech, and social trends and adapt content accordingly.

Prepare performance reports and share optimization recommendations.
Requirements

3 to 5 years of experience managing social media for brands (preferably in tech, fintech, crypto, or startups).

Strong understanding of major platforms including X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Excellent writing, creativity, and visual content judgment.

Ability to engage authentically and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Analytical mindset with experience tracking metrics and optimizing content.

Passion for storytelling, social trends, and community engagement.
