The Backstory

When I first connected with the team behind MySmartMedic, I could tell they were onto something special. They weren’t just selling a product—they were offering a smarter, simpler way for people to take control of their health.

They had a great solution, a solid website—but their digital marketing? It wasn’t reaching the right people yet. And in health tech, trust and clarity matter just as much as visibility.

So, I jumped in to help shape a digital strategy that felt human, helpful, and results-focused.

My Digital Marketing Game Plan

Step 1: Clarify the Message

I worked closely with the team to simplify the brand messaging—no jargon, no fluff. Just clear, benefit-driven language that helped visitors understand what MySmartMedic does and why it matters.

We focused on statements like:

“Connect with Licensed Doctors Anytime, Anywhere in Nigeria.”

Step 2: SEO That Speaks to the Right Audience

I built out an SEO foundation targeting keywords real people actually search for—think:

  • “affordable health monitoring devices”
  • “digital health support for families”
  • “wellness tech that works”

We updated key pages with these terms and built a content plan around blog posts that educate and inspire.

Step 3: Lead Nurturing with Email

I helped set up a clean, simple email funnel. Visitors who opted in received a thoughtful welcome series that:

  • Introduced the brand
  • Explained how the product works
  • Delivered value before making the ask

We kept it short, conversational, and genuinely helpful.

Step 4: Track & Tweak

Nothing in marketing should be set-and-forget. I set up analytics, tracked user flows, and made sure we could actually see what was working (and what wasn’t).

We refined our CTAs and tested variations to improve conversions.
