In their inquiry into the allegations against EFCC and NCoS, the House of Reps. panel received a submission from VDM, which included a portion of Bobrisky’s recording.
But he has refused to say anything else about Bobrisky’s accusations that EFCC and Nigerian Correctional Services asked for N15m to put him in a VIP section at Kirikiri Medium Custodial Centre, Lagos.
Invited to the podium, VDM expressed confusion over his presence while the person making the allegations was absent.

“Bobrisky said in the voice note that there is a godfather. Maybe the godfather told him not to come. He has disrespected this committee by not coming here.
“You are already threatening me with arrest. If you detain me, I will stay in the cell.
“If Bobrisky is not here, I will not say anything. If I say anything, let me die,” he said.
It was revealed that the committee members were urging him to provide a statement regarding the allegations, emphasizing that Bobrisky would be held accountable as well.
