About the Role
You will be responsible for managing and growing our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. This includes strategy, content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking. You’ll also use your design skills to create eye-catching visuals and videos that inspire and inform our audience.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies
- Create high-quality visual and video content (graphics, reels, shorts, stories)
- Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistent brand presence
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships
- Monitor analytics and adjust strategies for optimal performance
- Stay up-to-date with social trends, especially in education and travel
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts
- Strong graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Background in the education and/or travel industry is a must
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling ability
- Knowledge of social media analytics and growth strategies
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
