Key Responsibilities
AI & NLP Model Development
The AI Developer will:

Design models for backlink opportunity discovery using topic/content matching, site relevance, and anchor text suggestions

Implement resume and CV parsing for entity extraction and skill matching

Develop semantic search and embedding-based matching across content and candidate use cases
-
Build automated role-based assessments including coding, MCQs, behavioral, and sentiment analysis

Evaluate spoken language proficiency and communication skills
Data Pipeline & Integration

Build Python-based pipelines to preprocess, train, validate, and serve models
-
Integrate models with search and indexing systems like OpenSearch or Elasticsearch for fast retrieval, ranking, and filtering
API & Backend Development

Develop and maintain REST APIs and microservices for functionalities such as resume extraction, backlink search, and candidate matching

Work with backend frameworks FastAPI, Flask, or Django for scalable AI deployments

Manage and optimize databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or NoSQL/graph DBs
Collaboration & Research

Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align AI solutions with business goals

Research and apply modern AI/NLP techniques including Transformers, embeddings, topic modeling, LLMs, and unsupervised/semi-supervised learning
Required Qualifications

Proficiency in Python and ML/NLP libraries (pandas, scikit-learn, spaCy, HuggingFace/transformers)

Experience with OpenSearch/Elasticsearch or similar for search, ranking, and indexing

Knowledge of content analysis, web scraping, SEO metrics, topic matching

Experience in resume/CV parsing, semantic similarity, named entity recognition

Strong analytical, performance-oriented, and problem-solving skills

REST API/microservices development and Docker/containerization
Preferred Qualifications
