Kobodirect Holdings Inc. is a multidisciplinary strategy and management consulting firm delivering research-driven, innovation-focused solutions across real estate, finance, digital transformation, marketing, media, and public policy.
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to design and execute our digital growth strategy. In this role, you will lead digital marketing initiatives across Kobodirect’s diverse business functions while also supporting our clients in achieving their digital transformation, lead generation, and brand visibility objectives.
This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, and analytics who is passionate about driving measurable growth in global and African digital markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Kobodirect’s business goals.
Design and execute digital media strategies for clients across industries.
Manage the production of digital assets (graphics, videos, ad creatives, landing pages, etc.).
Lead social media campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other platforms.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, and SEO tools.
Prepare and present marketing performance reports with actionable insights.
Track and report marketing spend, ROI, and finance reports to the Business Development Manager.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
Manage marketing automation workflows and CRM integrations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, design) across multiple time zones.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in tech, e-commerce, or B2B environments).
Proficiency in SEO/SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and web analytics platforms.
Strong content marketing, campaign management, and project management skills.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
Certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot (preferred).
Knowledge of African digital markets and consumer behavior (preferred).
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, or UX design principles is an added advantage.
Ability to work remotely, manage priorities, and collaborate with an Ottawa-based team.
