A fast-growing organization is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead all aspects of human resources management.

This is a hands-on generalist role where you will act as a key partner to senior leadership and a dedicated advocate for employees. The HR Manager will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.


Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process.

  • Create engaging job descriptions and manage recruitment campaigns.

  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and oversee onboarding.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters.

  • Advise managers on disciplinary, grievance, and performance issues.

  • Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture.

3. HR Strategy and Policy

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.

  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation and HR best practices.

  • Align HR strategy with the organization’s mission and values.

4. Training and Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.

  • Organize development programs to enhance employee skills.

  • Build strong leadership capabilities through targeted initiatives.

5. Performance Management

  • Manage and improve the performance review process.

  • Ensure fair, transparent, and consistent evaluation practices.

  • Support continuous employee growth and accountability.

6. Compensation and Benefits

  • Conduct periodic salary reviews to maintain market competitiveness.

  • Manage employee benefits and liaise with external providers.

  • Ensure compensation structures align with company objectives.

7. Culture and Engagement

  • Champion company values and employee wellbeing initiatives.

  • Lead programs that boost engagement, retention, and team morale.


Qualifications and Requirements

  • Certifications: SHRM, CIPD, CIPMN, PHRI, or equivalent.

  • Experience: Proven HR generalist experience, preferably in a medium-sized organization.

  • Employment Law: Strong and current knowledge of employment legislation.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset and strong organizational skills.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring within HR.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
