A fast-growing organization is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead all aspects of human resources management.
This is a hands-on generalist role where you will act as a key partner to senior leadership and a dedicated advocate for employees. The HR Manager will play a vital role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals, focusing on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

Lead the end-to-end recruitment process.

Serve as the primary contact for employee relations matters.

Qualifications and Requirements

Certifications: SHRM, CIPD, CIPMN, PHRI, or equivalent.
