The role combines creative web design, WordPress development, and data-driven optimization. Successful applicants will work with global marketing and product teams in a highly AI-driven environment using tools like Figma Make, Claude Code, ChatGPT, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate design and development.

Job Overview
The ideal candidate will create digital experiences that communicate professionalism, credibility, and trust. They’ll translate ideas and Figma designs into modern, responsive WordPress websites optimized for conversions and performance.
Core Responsibilities Include:

Designing stunning B2B landing pages in Figma and Figma Make.

Building pixel-perfect websites using WordPress (Gutenberg, themes, plugins).

Writing clean code in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic PHP.

Implementing SEO and conversion optimization (CRO) best practices.

Using analytics and heatmaps to identify and improve performance.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams during two-week sprints.
Required Skills and Qualifications

2–5 years of experience as a WordPress Designer, Developer, or Web Designer.

Strong B2B portfolio that demonstrates design precision and conversion expertise.

Proficiency with Figma, WordPress, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP).

Understanding of SEO, UX design, and responsive web architecture.

Ability to work independently and turn ideas into polished designs.

Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows like ChatGPT, Claude Code, and Copilot.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating custom plugins or themes.

Skills in animations or motion design tools such as Spline.

Deep knowledge of DNS, hosting setups, and WordPress infrastructure.
