We are hiring a Commercial Lead to take full accountability for the commercial performance, account relationships, and inventory discipline in their respective city. Role Mission Your mission is to own the commercial success of your city. You will build durable partnerships, maintain high standards of inventory discipline, and actively coach your field team, operating with sound judgment and escalating only what genuinely requires executive attention. Key Responsibilities Commercial Strategy: Own and execute the full commercial strategy for your city across all product lines. Partnership Development: Build and deepen strategic partnerships with pharmacy chains, clinics, aesthetician networks, and institutional accounts. Team Leadership: Manage, onboard, and coach two Commercial Field Executives, holding them accountable to high standards of account ownership. Inventory & Reconciliation: Hold full accountability for city-level inventory within strict limits, closely managing replenishment cycles to prevent stock-outs. Qualifications & Competencies Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or HND (or equivalent commercial leadership experience) with a background in FMCG, skincare, or pharmaceuticals. Local Network: Existing relationships with pharmacies, clinics, or aesthetician networks in your assigned city are highly advantageous. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience managing and developing a small team, combined with a strong ownership mindset. Core Competencies: Excellent partnership development skills, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to hold others accountable to high standards.
