What’s Your Real Calling in Life? Find Out Here

“Nothing great in the world has been accomplished without passion.” – Georg Hegel, German philosopher

You’ve decided to escape the monotonous routine of your job.

You really want to live passionately and enjoy all the amazing rewards waiting for you at the end of the rainbow.

How do you figure out what you’re really passionate about? How do you know what’s achievable and what’s just wishful thinking?

Maybe you’re really passionate about becoming the President of Nigeria, or winning the lottery, or ruling the world.

Yeah, some people have actually dreamed of that and made it happen.

Alexander the Great was basically the ruler of the entire world back then.

So, what’s your real passion?

Here’s what you can do to find your inner passions:

1. See how your body is communicating.

How does your body act at your job right now? Does it hurt and get tense all the time? Do you have panic attacks a lot?

Do you get so bored that you nap at your desk often? Are you constantly glancing at the clock as closing time approaches?

If this is true, then you’re in the wrong line of work. You don’t have the fire for it.

Doing what you love for work makes all the pain go away.

You’ll end up working more, talking to people about your job, and just bursting with life.

2. What did you enjoy doing when you were a kid?

Your childhood hobbies and obsessions can reveal your true passion.

School and family stuff can distract us from what we really want to do.

Just relax and think about your childhood memories and jot them down.

The things that made you smile then can still make you grin now and in the future.

3. What do you enjoy doing as a grown-up?

You might still be super passionate about other things.

Do you like your side gig better than your 9-5?

You’d be surprised how many corporate execs work the night shift on some other works.

Start dedicating a few hours daily to your favorite hobby. This could be the secret to finding the real you!
