Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc started in September 1960 as a private company and kicked off operations in 1962, producing 600 metric tons per day.
The Company became a public limited liability company in 1978 and its shares were listed on The Nigerian Stock Exchange.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To coordinate the tracking of trucks and prompt reporting on business efficiency.
- Responsible for tracking of trucks.
- Co-ordinate activities of tracking data operators.
- Ensures the Installation and maintenance of tracking devices on trucks.
- Initiates and follows on queries to defaulting drivers.
- Reports on account status with network providers.
- Prompt reporting – tracking & business efficiency of trucks.
- Handling of tracking facilities .
- Responsible for monitoring tracking systems to ensure they function properly and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Ensure that tracking activities comply with relevant regulations and privacy laws.
- Responsible for the organization and maintenance of data collected.
THE PERSON MUST
- Have an excellent verbal and written communication skill.
- High level of integrity and honesty.
- Have strong analytical skills and approach to problem-solving.
- Good interpersonal relationship
- Good working knowledge of dispatch activities.
QUALIFICATION
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English in not more than 2 sittings.
- BSc or HND in Business Administration, Economics or other social sciences.
EXPERIENCE
- 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software for tracking and managing dispatch operations.
